OPEN YOUR HEART is a Nordic disco dance performance created by Taneli Törmä – LOCATION X for Hilde I Sandvold, where kids teach her to dance again. Questioning the core of dancing. A research project that aims to look into how different situations support or prevent us in act of dancing. Performance will invite always local disco dancers (age 11-16year olds) inside the performance. The performance will be choreographed and designed, to primarily be performed in community sport halls and dance halls.
